Training contents
There are four modules, each lasting two days. In between, participants will apply what they have learned to their daily work.
Role of a leader
This module delves into various leadership models, helping participants understand different approaches to effective leadership. It also covers situative leadership, emphasizing the importance of adapting leadership styles to different situations and team dynamics. Additionally, the module explores the meaning of power in leadership, guiding participants on how to wield influence responsibly and ethically when leading others.
Communication & conflicts
The second module emphasizes the importance of active listening and effective communication in leadership. Participants will learn how to conduct performance review, manage conflicts, and resolve them constructively. Additionally, the module covers providing and receiving feedback, as well as using targeted communication strategies to enhance team collaboration and performance.
Leading yourself & leading teams
This module focuses on mastering time and self-management to enhance personal productivity and leadership effectiveness. Participants will learn to build confidence in all situations, understand the different phases of team development, and identify key factors for successful team leadership. Additionally, the module covers executing control and maintaining oversight to ensure team goals are met efficiently.
Leading in times of change
The last module equips the participants with strategies to navigate and support their teams during change processes. They will explore the different phases of change and learn how to effectively communicate throughout each stage. This module aims to empower to lead confidently and maintain team cohesion during periods of transition.
