Anger is one of the basic emotions. People have always had to deal with it, because anger arises in the limbic system. The limbic system is the part of the brain that is responsible for processing emotions, among other things.
Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by what lies ahead. Or perhaps we want to change something in our lives, but tackling this change seems too difficult.
If we are able to focus on living the change just on this one day, it is a big step. If we have created this day and continue to do so, we create a good life step by step.
